Junior Audience Research Specialist

What we’re looking for Interest in understanding people, audiences, social media, and online behavior;

Analytical and curious mindset, with an ability to identify patterns and draw conclusions from information;

Familiarity with social media platforms and Meta Ads / Meta Business Suite ;

Good communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

What you’ll do Research and analyze target audiences, their interests, needs, and online behavior;

Assist with audience targeting and Meta advertising campaigns ;

Support social media activities, including content planning, publishing, and community engagement;

Monitor campaign and social media performance and use insights to suggest improvements.
