Head of Communications

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an integrated corporate communications strategy aligned with the organization's vision and business objectives

Lead the planning and execution of strategic communication initiatives that enhance brand awareness and organizational reputation

Develop and manage all corporate communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, speeches, reports, presentations, and executive messaging Ensure consistency in the organization's voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and other key stakeholders.

Serve as the primary liaison for media inquiries and interview requests

Protect and strengthen the organization's brand identity and reputation Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communications and marketing materials Oversee content creation and publication across the organization's website, blogs, social media platforms, newsletters, and other digital channels Develop engaging multimedia content that supports business objectives.

Requirements:

Minimum of a BSC qualification

Minimum of 6 years' progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, media, or brand
