Job Description & Requirements

Provide general administration support and advice to the Facilities Management team, liaising with the Helpdesk Team as required . Update documentation and records using a range of different IT systems to ensure information and data is always maintained and updated to reflect compliance.

• Develop and approve all technological operations and software solution

• Review and improve company software and technological infrastructure

• Assess company short and long term technological and software needs

• Design and implement data protection processes

• Streamline company processes efficiently to reduce cost and increase profit

• Monitor budgets and key performance indicators

• Make decision to align with company short- and long-term goals

• Improve business processes, solutions, and products through technological and software solution

• Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standard
