R&D Manager (Electric Motor, Water pump)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new motor products, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
• Oversee product design, testing, and validation processes to ensure quality and performance standards are met.

• Develop and implement R&D strategies to drive innovation and improve product efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the R&D team on motor design, testing, and manufacturing processes.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
• Plan, execute, and monitor R&D projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development processes.
• Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to production launch.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the R&D team on motor design, testing, and manufacturing processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.

• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and production teams to align R&D activities with market requirements.
• Present product development updates and technical reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications: ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล เมคคาทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ด้าน R&D หรือ Product Development ไม่น้อยกว่า 8 ปี มีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี มีความรู้ด้านมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้า ปั๊มน้ำ และกระบวนการผลิต มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ การบริหารโครงการ และภาวะผู้นำ
