Location: Commonwealth Working Hours: 9am – 630pm | Monday to Friday Salary: $2500 - $2800
Job Description
Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team and service our established clientele base, which consists mainly of interior designers, architects and industry clients .
The role involves working closely with designers and clients on their project requirements, preparing quotations, coordinating samples and orders, and providing timely follow-up and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and support the company’s existing clientele base of interior designers, architects and clients.
- Work closely with designers and clients to understand their fabric, wallpaper, leather, vinyl and soft-furnishing requirements .
- Assist with product selection, specifications, samples and pricing .
- Prepare and issue quotations accurately and promptly.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries and ongoing projects.
- Check stock availability, pricing and lead times with suppliers.
- Coordinate samples, cuttings and hangers for designers and clients.
- Process and follow up on sales orders and purchase orders .
- Coordinate order confirmations and delivery schedules with suppliers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders and project details.
Requirements
Experience in fabrics, wallpaper, interior design, soft furnishings or hospitality projects would be an advantage. Training provided
