  • Monitor daily production activities and ensure production plans are achieved.
  • Follow up the manufacturing process from Punching and Laser Cutting through Press Brake Bending, Welding, Grinding, Painting, Assembly, and Final Inspection.
  • Coordinate between production departments to ensure smooth workflow and minimum production delays.
  • Ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor production quantities, cycle times, scrap, rework, and production efficiency.
  • Identify production problems and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them.
  • Follow up material availability and ensure efficient utilization of raw materials.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance, Quality, Technical Office, and Warehouse departments.
  • Monitor machine utilization and report production-related machine problems to the Maintenance Engineer.
  • Ensure proper implementation of work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the production process and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare daily and periodic production reports.
  • Follow up production priorities and ensure orders are completed according to the required schedule.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with factory safety procedures.
  • Participate in developing and improving manufacturing methods and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Sheet Metal Fabrication processes.
  • Good understanding of:

1-CNC / Punching 2-Laser Cutting 3-Press Brake / Bending 4-MIG / TIG / Spot Welding 5-Grinding 6-Painting / Surface Treatment 7-Mechanical Assembly

  • Ability to read and understand mechanical and fabrication drawings.
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and production workflow.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production priorities.
