Production Mechanical Engineer

Monitor daily production activities and ensure production plans are achieved.
Follow up the manufacturing process from Punching and Laser Cutting through Press Brake Bending, Welding, Grinding, Painting, Assembly, and Final Inspection.
Coordinate between production departments to ensure smooth workflow and minimum production delays.
Ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Monitor production quantities, cycle times, scrap, rework, and production efficiency.
Identify production problems and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them.
Follow up material availability and ensure efficient utilization of raw materials.
Coordinate with the Maintenance, Quality, Technical Office, and Warehouse departments.
Monitor machine utilization and report production-related machine problems to the Maintenance Engineer.
Ensure proper implementation of work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
Identify bottlenecks in the production process and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare daily and periodic production reports.
Follow up production priorities and ensure orders are completed according to the required schedule.
Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with factory safety procedures.
Participate in developing and improving manufacturing methods and processes.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering is preferred.
Good knowledge of Sheet Metal Fabrication processes.
Good understanding of:
