Hair Assistant
At The Blonde Tourage, we specialize in high-end hair transformations, effortless blondes, modern dimensional color, and premium salon experiences. We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Hair Assistant to join our team, learn from our senior stylists, and keep our salon running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Hospitality: Welcome clients, manage gowning and refreshments, and ensure a luxury experience from start to finish.
- Basin Services: Perform relaxing scalp massages, precise glossing/toning rinses, deep conditioning treatments, and color removal.
- Stylist Support: Prep foils, assist senior colorists during intricate blonding services, and support blow-drying and styling setups.
- Salon Operations: Maintain pristine workstation hygiene, manage towel inventory, sweep hair, and prep tools between appointments.
Requirements
- Passion for hair color, blonding techniques, and modern styling trendlines.
- Background or certification in hairdressing/cosmetology is preferred (open to motivated apprentices).
- Warm personality, active listener, and quick on your feet in a busy salon setting.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
