Job Description

1. Warmly welcoming guests as they arrive, providing menus, and escorting them to their tables.
2. Handling phone calls, taking reservations and managing the seating chart
3. Managing the waitlist during busy periods, providing accurate wait times, and keeping guests informed.
4. Ensuring a pleasant dining experience by addressing guest needs, answering questions about the menu, and providing information about the restaurant
5. Coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and efficient table turnover.
6. Keeping the front-of-house area, including the hostess stand, clean and organized.

1. Proven experience in food and beverage service.

5. Positive Attitude and Professionalism
6. Basic Math and POS System Skills
7. Knowledge of Restaurant Operations
