Commis (Asian/Western)

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis / Kitchen Staff, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry
• Basic knowledge of Western or Asian cuisine
• Familiar with basic food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment
• Able to follow recipes, portion standards, and food presentation guidelines
• Good understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn
• Disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented
