Procurement Specialist

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for finding quality goods and services at an acceptable price that meets the organization's needs. This role will manage vendor development and a pool of suppliers for raw materials, including chemicals, packing materials and outsource suppliers for finished goods.

The successful candidate will also drive project governance, performance tracking, and continuous improvement within the procurement function. This role ensures structured execution of initiatives, supports digital procurement transformation, and provides operational visibility to senior leadership.

Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline •5+ years of experience in procurement operations •Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools •Familiarity with procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Coupa) •Experience in digital procurement transformation or process design Preferred: •Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
