Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinator to join our team

Book space with shipping lines and airlines.

Negotiate freight rates, secure space, confirm vessel schedules, and monitor space availability.

Prepare and review shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Delivery Orders, Cargo Manifests, and Shipping Instructions.

Verify HS Codes, cargo descriptions, weights, and volumes to ensure customs compliance and avoid clearance delays.

Handle the telex release process and prepare all related shipping documents.

Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment operations.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in freight forwarding is a must.

2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics operations.

Good knowledge of international shipping documentation and customs procedures.

Experience with Free Zone operations and bonded cargo is an advantage.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Good command of English
