Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our security system maintenance team, manage client service contracts, and ensure timely repairs of CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the engineering team to deliver efficient security system maintenance services Manage client service contracts (SLAs) to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction Oversee daily maintenance operations to guarantee fast and reliable repairs of CCTV, access control, and alarm systems Apply technical expertise in security integration to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly Organize team workflows and resources to optimize maintenance response times and service quality
