Location: Central

14 days AL, 1.5-3 Months Bonus

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) construction activities on-site under the guidance of the Project Manager.

Coordinate and monitor daily site progress, manpower, and subcontractor performance.

Review and interpret M&E drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.

Attend project meetings, prepare progress reports, and update management on project status.

Manage project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.

Supervise materials, tools, and equipment delivery, ensuring compliance with approved specifications.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in drawings with consultants before work execution.

Implement quality control measures and conduct on-site/off-site inspections prior to handover.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards at all times.

Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering or equivalent.

Relevant experience in LTA infrastructure projects involving ACMV / M&E systems.

Proven record in managing large-scale construction projects from start to completion.

Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently under pressure and coordinate effectively within a team.
