Site Supervision Engineer
About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Supervision Engineer (Mid-Up Level) to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will act as our primary on-site representative, ensuring that construction projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation in civil engineering, excellent drawing interpretation skills, and a solid understanding of project management principles. You must also be fully prepared for mobilization to various project sites across Indonesia as business needs dictate.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities, contractor performance, and workforce execution to ensure strict compliance with engineering designs, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read, interpret, and cross-reference architectural, structural, and MEP drawings on-site to prevent discrepancies and resolve technical roadblocks proactively.
- Project Management Support: Track project milestones, manage daily site logs, review material submittals, and assist in coordinating timelines and resource allocation with project managers.
- Quality & Safety Control: Implement stringent quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures and enforce a zero-accident safety culture across all assigned work zones.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to address technical issues and report progress accurately.
- Nationwide Deployment: Remain adaptable and ready for flexible deployment to any project site within Indonesia based on company requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in civil construction, with a proven track record in site supervision.
- Technical Mastery: Exceptional capability in reading and executing complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Management Skills: Well-versed in construction project management methodologies, scheduling tools, and site administration.
- Mobility: Fully willing and ready to be deployed to any project location across Indonesia.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, assertive communication, decisive problem-solving abilities, and high integrity under pressure.
