Retail Sales Representative (5 Days work Week) Up to S$3,200 per month

Job Duties

At all times portray a professional and customer-oriented image

Understand customers’ expectations and assisting them in selecting and purchasing the relevant products to their needs by providing relevant and accurate product recommendations/demonstration

Support in-store operational activities

Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory

HIghlight issues encountered with Store Manager and/or Retail Operation Manger

Ensure customer complaints (service-related) are resolved in a diplomatic and effective manner

Any other duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements

Secondary education and tech savvy

Willing to learn, positive working attitude and confident

Outgoing personality, target driven and result oriented

Energetic, well groomed, sales and customer service oriented

Able to work retail hours

Working Location: Changi Airport Terminal 1,2,3
