Job Description

• Layout design/finished artwork and other print marketing materials based on client templates in Adobe InDesign
• Ensure consistency of look according to design guide
• Supervise, encourage teamwork and knowledge sharing
• Minor scheduling and planning tasks
• Build and maintain close relationships with overseas colleagues
• Client service focused
• Perform other tasks assigned by Head of Creative team

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Graphic Design
• 5-10 years of experience in a senior position as a graphic designer working with Apple macOS
• Experience in working with brand guidelines, marketing and communications materials
• Experience in developing layout from rough/sketch or template
• Strong creative and design interest
• Well organized and methodical, with a good eye for quality
• As Adobe InDesign is our primary working tool, we require an in-depth understanding of this program
• Excellent skills in German and English communication, both in verbal and written
• A good team player
• Adapt to flexible working hours to ensure timely service levels and be willing to work evening shifts every 4th week
