Job Description:-
- At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- Experience on Mainframe DB2 & IMS database environment
- Seasoned Mainframe DB2 z/OS DBA having knowledge supporting them
- Good knowledge of DB2 Database in V9 & V10
- Solid Knowledge in DB2/IMS Performance & Tuning
- Good experience in managing large database environment
- Having good knowledge in database upgrades and data migrations
- Maintain all IMS HALDB, Full Function databases and DB2 structures
- Perform functions such as PSBGEN, DBDGEN and ACBGEN
- Manage changes to all other database related objects (PSB's, DBD's, ACB's) based on application requirements
- Review & Maintain Database Backup/Recovery strategy
- Database refresh Activities between Prod, QA & Dev
- Proficient with IBM IMS & DB2 utilities and BMC tools
- Project and talent management
- Experience with project management
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
