Business Process Manager

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Design and document new processes that align with business objectives and best practices

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure process designs meet business needs

Lead the implementation of new processes, including defining roles, responsibilities, and timelines

Coordinate with IT teams for system integration and automation to support process improvements

Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption of new processes across teams

Optimize processes continuously based on feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices

Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process performance

Monitor process execution, identify bottlenecks or deviations, and implement corrective actions

Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during process changes

Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate process changes, gather feedback, and address concerns

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence within the organization

Identify potential risks associated with business processes and develop mitigation strategies

Ensure that processes comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies

Maintain comprehensive documentation of all business processes, workflows, and related procedures

Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate, improvements

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making

Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field

Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or Project Management (PMP) are a plus 

Advanced knowledge of Armenian and English is mandatory, and knowledge of Russian will be a plus

Proficiency in process modeling and diagramming tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio)

Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (BPM, Six Sigma, Lean, BPM)

Knowledge of business process automation, workflow optimization, and change management principles 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and identify optimization opportunities 

Excellent project management abilities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
