Relationship Manager – Bancassurance

Key Responsibilities

Lead Bancassurance strategy, develop budgets, and oversee product distribution.

Manage staff, relationships with partners, and monitor market trends.

Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Report performance and risks to the Board.

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in relevant fields, insurance certification, and 5+ years Bancassurance experience.

Leadership, sales, communication, and ICT skills, knowledge of banking systems preferred.

Practicing Christian with strong interpersonal skills.
