*The Role* We?re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, team performance, and service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering a consistent guest experience while supporting and developing a strong team.
*What You?ll Do*
- Support and maintain a high standard of guest experience across all shifts
- Coach and develop Barista / Front of House staff and Shift Supervisors
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
- Monitor service flow, labour coverage, and step in during peak periods
- Ensure accuracy, speed of service, and smooth daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards
- Ensure food safety and health standards are consistently followed
*What We?re Looking For*
- *Experience:* 2+ years supervisory or team leadership in a high-volume café or hospitality environment.
- *Adaptability:* A strong ability to multitask, manage busy service periods, and keep a cool head.
- *Versatility:* Confident execution across both bar and front of house operations.
- *Communication:* Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
- *Availability:* Flexible schedule required, including weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 ? 40.0 per week
