Requirements: 

Minimum Kcse (O Level) Qualification With At Least Cpa Part Ii Certifications. 

Bachelors Degree In Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Or A Related Field, Accompanied By Cpa Qualifications, Will Be An Added Advantage.

Experience: 

Minimum Of Three (3) Years Proven Experience As An Assistant Accountant Or Accountant In A Busy Trading Or Commercial Organization. 

Experience In The Healthcare, Hospitality, Or Service Industry Will Be An Added Advantage.

Duties: 

Maintain Accurate Accounting Records, Ledgers, Journals, And Supporting Documentation. 

Process Accounts Payable And Accounts Receivable Transactions In A Timely Manner. 

Prepare Bank Reconciliations And Monitor Cash Flow Movements. 

Assist In The Preparation Of Monthly, Quarterly, And Annual Financial Reports.

Support Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Planning Activities. 

Verify And Post Financial Transactions Into The Accounting System. 

Ensure Compliance With Applicable Tax, Statutory, And Regulatory Requirements. 

Assist In Payroll Processing And Reconciliation Of Staff Related Financial Records. 

Monitor And Reconcile Supplier, Customer, And General Ledger Accounts. 

Participate In Stock, Inventory, And Asset Verification Exercises. 

Support Internal And External Audit Processes By Providing Required Documentation And Schedules. 

Maintain Confidentiality Of Financial Information And Hospital Records.
