Human Resources Manager

Requirements – HR Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in the hospitality, F&B, or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan), PP No. 35 Tahun 2021, and other applicable employment regulations.
• Experienced in managing the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compensation & benefits, disciplinary actions, and offboarding.
• Familiar with BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, payroll administration, HRIS, and employee database management.
• Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Able to develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management systems.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work onsite in Canggu, Bali.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience handling multiple business units or companies.
• Experience in organizational development, KPI implementation, training & development, and succession planning.
• Knowledge of immigration administration (KITAS), expatriate employment, and company licensing is an advantage.
• HR certification (BNSP, CHRP, or equivalent) is a plus.
