Community & Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Community and Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, helping grow and support our padel community across multiple markets.

Responsibilities Manage our social media accounts across UAE, Jordan, Egypt, and upcoming markets

Create and publish posts, stories, and basic reels to promote tournaments and events

Post tournaments on our platform, ensuring all information is clear and accurate

Support the promotion of WPPR-verified tournaments

Handle WhatsApp communication with players and organizers, answering their questions and providing support

Assist with platform data entry and data cleaning, including players, tournaments, and results

Support daily operational tasks across the team

Ensure all shared content is accurate, consistent, and professional

Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Previous experience in social media management or community coordination

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

Basic content creation skills (Canva, video editing, or similar tools)
