TECHNICAL SALES CO-ORDINATOR

Duties:

• To be customer’s main point of contact with regards to enquiries, new orders, complaints, etc
• Processing of order entry and attending to customer’s requirements

• Coordinate job schedule
• Input sales data / sales order into ERP System

• Communicate with customers regarding order status & delivery status
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts

• Ensure On-Time-Delivery of parts to customers are met
• Prepare quotation

• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or any other related fields of study
• Strong communication skills

• Meticulous and Detailed Oriented
