Receptionist

• Sepeda Hostel in Canggu is currently looking for a Receptionist.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide information about hostel rules and respond to guest inquiries and complaints.
• Promote daily events and activities available at the hostel.
• Responsible for handling and recording payments received from room rentals, merchandise sales, events, and activities.
• Handle other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist in a villa, hotel, or hostel.
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional personality.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Currently stay in Bali.
