Requirements

Medical degree with a recognized specialization in cardiac surgery / cardiothoracic surgery

Valid DHA, DoH, or MOHAP license or eligibility to obtain UAE licensure

Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience

Strong experience in cardiac and cardiothoracic surgical procedures

Experience managing complex cardiac surgical cases

Strong clinical decision-making and patient-management skills

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Consultant-level candidates with Tier 1 qualifications such as CCT/CCST, American Board, Canadian Board, Irish Board, or equivalent are highly preferred
