MRO Maintenance Manager (Aviation)

Responsibilities: Lead base maintenance support functions covering tooling, equipment, NDT, and calibration to ensure reliable and efficient MRO operations. Manage the Customer Success team to deliver effective support while ensuring customer expectations are aligned with contractual commitments. Identify and develop new or bundled service offerings to strengthen customer satisfaction, retention, productivity, and revenue growth. Build strong relationships with customers, key decision-makers, and internal stakeholders to support operational and commercial objectives. Drive productivity and process improvements across business units, leveraging digital solutions, technology, and AI where appropriate Support broader Base Maintenance priorities and undertake strategic or operational responsibilities as required by senior leadership.
