About the company
You will join a team building a cloud and application ecosystem that supports people with diabetes and healthcare professionals.
Your tasks
The portfolio includes, among others
- a patient mobile app (Flutter) with related backends and device cloud sync
- a web platform for clinics and healthcare staff
- an identity service — accounts, consents, age verification
- a health-data service — storage and APIs
- blood glucose meter integrations, cloud sync, legal consents, i18n
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps on end-to-end architecture in a regulated environment (medical / PHI data). Direct client engagement — workshops, architectural decisions, and technical communication with business stakeholders.
- Design and evolve solution architecture across the diabetes-care ecosystem (mobile, clinical web, identity, health data)
- Keep contracts and flows consistent across services (identity, country/localization config, PHI, clinical platform, notifications, device/sync)
- Drive architectural decisions: APIs (REST/GraphQL), data (SQL / Cosmos), messaging, storage, identity
- Design and oversee the cryptography layer: asymmetric encryption (RSA), symmetric encryption, key management, data protection at rest and in transit, tokens / wallets / storage credentials
- Own NFRs: security, privacy, multi-region, scalability, observability
- Support integrations: meters / BT pairing, device cloud sync, legal consents, identity verification, translation workflows
- Analyze E2E production/test incidents (sync, pairing, storage, cryptography) and recommend fixes
- Collaborate with .NET, FE (React), mobile (Flutter), QA, and Azure infrastructure teams
- Produce architecture docs, ADRs, and requirements for epics / changes
- Support pipelines and environments: dev / test / stage / prod

- Experience with APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) and data modeling (relational + document)
- Knowledge of OAuth2 / OpenID Connect (IdentityServer or equivalent)
- Solid applied cryptography: RSA, symmetric algorithms, key management, TLS, protecting sensitive data
- Ability to design for sensitive data (privacy, consents, retention, audit)
- Experience diagnosing E2E issues (logs, telemetry, request correlation)
