Senior Officer, Marketing Operations (1-year contract)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Officer (1-year contract) to support the execution and operational management of marketing initiatives. This contract role is ideal for someone who is meticulous and organised, and with a passion for enabling marketing success through efficient processes and reconciliation. Job Description Responsibilities  Finance Support   Coordinate with internal functions within Marketing to maintain marketing spend tracker, monthly accruals and rolling forecasts. 

Coordinate with external media vendors, agencies and other marketing partners to track spend against budget. 

Review and verify invoices from media vendors, agencies and other marketing partners. 

Work with Finance and Procurement teams to process payments and maintain audit-ready documentation. 

Reporting  Extract campaign performance data from media agency and vendors, and formulate reports for internal and external sharing. 

Support preparation of reports for presentations to internal and external audience, including providing first-level analysis. 

Support Digital Marketing & Market Development internal data requests (using Tableau). 

Admin Support  Provide logistics and admin support for meetings with tourism organisations/airport partners 

Handle Airport Pass applications, including liaising with HR and/or Security Department, Changi Airport Group, Certis and Airport Police Department, to support marketing activities, when the need arises. 

Requirements   Diploma in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field 

1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, admin or operations preferred 

Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

Positive, proactive and adaptable 

Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) is a bonus 

Proficient in Microsoft Office
