Job Details Location:  Havelock Working Hours:  Monday to Friday (Office Hour) Work Type:  6-Month Contract, subject to extension Salary:  $ 2,800 per month What you will be working on? We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual to support digital transformation initiatives through change management and internal communications. You will play a key role in driving user awareness and adoption of digital platforms by creating engaging communications, coordinating user engagement activities, gathering feedback, and supporting continuous improvements. Communications & Publicity Design and produce clear and engaging internal communications materials, such as eDMs, posters, screensavers and simple video content to raise awareness and drive adoption of the platform Stakeholder Engagement & User Feedback Schedule and coordinate user engagement sessions, such as brown bag sessions, drop-in clinics, roadshows and workshops Coordinate and conduct user interviews, surveys and usability testing sessions to gather feedback Consolidate and synthesise user feedback with the project team Project Coordination Track action items and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders and workstreams Prepare materials and handle logistics for engagement activities and workshops Provide administrative support for day-to-day project activities

What are welooking for?
