Your Key Responsibilities

• Regular monitoring the competitors' activities, e. g. Finance performance, product analysis, etc.
• Product strategy development, e. g. Market analysis, initiatives definition, product & sales planning & proposal of investment plan (localization) & implementation
• Responsible for product portfolio enhancement (inhouse product & traded goods)
• Cost competiveness owner for all related product, e. g. Linear products and driving products, e. g. Screws, pinion & rack, etc.
• Leading the related product quality improvement
• Supporting the product delivery for key projects and leading delivery performance improvement of local products, including inhouse products and traded goods
• Sales & margin monitoring
• Coordination with Sales, e. g. Suggestion for marketing campaign, new product development/promotioin, and production for QCD improvement
• Leading technical training to internal/external
• Responsible for EHS & strictly follow legal requirements and Schaeffler regulations
• Support and take initiatives on quality, e. g. MOVE, EHS & environment management

Your Qualifications

• Engineering Degree on mechanical
• Good at linear products & driving products, e. g screws, pinion & rack, etc.
• Good at working experience and knowlege in industrial applications related to linear products & driving products
• Good experience with product management
• Good understanding to market skill
• Good at technical relevant method, e. g. Strategy development, Microsoft office (PPT, EXCEL, Project Management) & SAP, etc.
