UI/UX Designer

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our product/design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design for both web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather user requirements and define UI/UX goals.
• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create high-fidelity designs and ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
• Continuously improve the user experience based on feedback, analytics, and usability testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
