Bottling Line Lead

Join a fast-paced bottling operation where you'll lead a production team focused on safety, quality, and efficiency. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, developing team members, and driving continuous improvement on the production floor. You'll play a key role in daily operations while helping the team achieve performance goals and maintain compliance standards.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5pm-3am. Overtime as needed.

What You'll Do

Lead frontline employees to achieve daily safety, quality, and productivity goals on the bottling line.

Conduct daily startup meetings, monitor line performance, and ensure required operational checks and documentation are completed.

Troubleshoot production issues and utilize problem-solving tools to reduce downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure production lines are properly prepared with materials, equipment, and resources needed for successful operation.

Promote a positive team culture through coaching, communication, and adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Required

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial production environment.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
