Job Summary

You will support daily operations at the Medical Centre for Migrant Workers (MCMW) at Kranji Close by managing patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and record keeping to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and schedule appointments to optimize clinic workflow and patient access
• Process billing and collect payments efficiently to maintain accurate financial records
• Update patient records and distribute reports to support clinical and administrative teams
• File patients’ records systematically to ensure easy retrieval and confidentiality
• Monitor and replenish sundry item inventory to maintain adequate stock levels for daily operations
• Manage crowd control and perform simple triaging to facilitate patient flow and prioritize care needs
• Collaborate with team members and follow supervisor instructions to complete additional assigned tasks

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum GCE "N" levels with some work experience in customer service

Candidates must be willing to work a 44-hour work week at the Medical Centre for Migrant Workers (MCMW) located at Kranji Close and Woodlands Industrial Park E7 , where 98% of patients are male migrant workers
