Business Development Intern

Responsibilities:

1. Support business development activities, including market research and identifying new business opportunities.
2. Support pre-pack/product preparation, including cost calculation, material coordination, BPOM, and Halal requirements.
3. Coordinate and communicate with factories for the development and preparation of new SKUs.
4. Assist in monitoring and coordinating new product development processes.
5. Provide support to the Business Development team in day-to-day activities and ongoing projects.

Requirements:

1. Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Management, or other related fields.
2. Willing to work onsite at Hampton Avenue, Gading Serpong.
3. Strong interest in business development, product development, and the FMCG industry.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
6. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
7. Basic understanding of product development processes, BPOM regulations, or Halal requirements is a plus.
