About the Client: A leading UAE-based interior design, joinery, furniture manufacturing, and fit-out company
Job Description:
- Lead and oversee all joinery factory operations, including production, planning, assembly, finishing, upholstery, installation support, and workforce management.
- Develop and execute production schedules while coordinating with project, design, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, health and safety regulations, and implement continuous quality control measures.
- Drive operational efficiency by managing inventory, machinery maintenance, cost control, resource utilization, KPI reporting, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Open to male, Asian nationals preferably 49 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Wood Technology, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in joinery manufacturing, woodworking, furniture production, or interior fit-out operations with atleast 5 years of experience in a Factory Manager or Production Manager leadership role
- Must have Experience managing large-scale luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial fit-out projects & Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/production management systems
