Job Description:

• Welcome all clients, visitors, and VIP guests with the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality
• Manage the Queue Management System to ensure minimal client wait time and smooth flow of walk-ins.
• Handle document receipt, dispatch, and courier coordination to ensure timely delivery and record maintenance.
• Monitor and manage the lobby environment to ensure a pleasant and organized client experience at all times.
• Female, Arabic national, preferably 35 years old or below.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Candidates should have a corporate office background.
