Handle inbound calls from customers and potential clients in the US market.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Convert inbound inquiries into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.

Explain products, services, pricing, promotions, and offers clearly and accurately.

Handle customer objections professionally and use effective sales techniques to close deals.

Follow up with interested customers when needed to maximize conversion opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups on the CRM system.

Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Meet and exceed individual KPIs and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with relevant internal teams when required to ensure proper order processing and customer support.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written). (C1 level)
  • Average age min 18 - 35 max.
  • 3 Months Experience in Sales
  • Grad / Undergrad / Gapyear

Shift: 8;00 PM to 4:30 AM

Net Salary: 16k Monthly Bonus: 4K Monthly Commission: up to 70k Monthly
