Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting and budgeting across all business units Provide strategic financial recommendations to Management and the Board. Oversee financial reporting in line with IFRS and applicable accounting standards. Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity and banking relationships. Manage foreign exchange exposure relating to imported raw materials. Identify and mitigate financial, operational and market risks. Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives. Support pricing strategies and capital investment decisions. Monitor cost structures relating to raw materials, production and logistics. Lead and develop the finance and accounts team. Engage with auditors, regulators, banks, investors and tax authorities.

Requirements:

A minimum of 12 years of experience A minimum of a degree in a related field
