Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed the company’s sales targets.

Develop and expand the company’s customer base and market share .

Prepare and implement sales strategies, budgets, forecasts, and periodic sales plans .

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the steel, construction, and industrial sectors .

Manage relationships with major clients, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers .

Follow up on major projects and lead negotiations for commercial contracts and agreements .

Monitor market developments, competitors, pricing, and emerging steel industry trends .

Prepare regular sales performance reports and market analysis for senior management.

Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction .

Develop, motivate, and continuously improve the performance of the sales team.

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the steel, iron, or metal products industry .

Proven experience with major companies operating in the steel or heavy industries .

Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue and market share .

Strong ability to develop and implement sales strategies and business development plans .

Proven experience in leading, developing, and motivating sales teams .

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills .

Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with major clients, contractors, and consultants .

Good knowledge of the steel market, competitors, pricing dynamics, and market trends .

Strong analytical, commercial, and decision-making skills.
