Retail Associates (Luxury / Lifestyle)

Job Description: Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers. Welcome and engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable luxury and lifestyle products. Provide accurate product information and demonstrate good product knowledge. Assist customers with product selection, enquiries, purchases, exchanges and after-sales matters. Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling. Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand guidelines. Replenish merchandise and ensure products are properly arranged and adequately stocked. Assist with stock receiving, inventory counts and stock transfers when required. Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the boutique/store. Support promotional activities, product launches and in-store events. Perform other retail duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
