QA/QC Engineer (HDB, Condo & Landed Projects)

Ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards on site. Conduct inspections, audits, and documentation of quality processes. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives. Liaise with consultants and contractors for rectifications. Requirements: Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or equivalent At least 3 years’ QA/QC coordination experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed projects. Familiar with ISO or industry-specific quality management systems. Knowledge of quality standards and building codes.
