Backend Engineer – Lead

Role: Backend Engineer – Lead

JD: Additional responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor engineers, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews
• Design, build, and deploy applications using low code/no code platforms such as OutSystems
• Develop automated workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications, including user guides, technical specifications, and support materials
• Drive day-to-day technical decision-making on system architecture, code quality, and platform implementation, in alignment with the Customer & platform governance standards and CAMP architecture

Additional experiences:

• Demonstrated experience leading a team of engineers in delivering end-to-end digital products
• Proficiency in low code/no code platforms such as OutSystems, with relevant certifications being a plus
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database systems (SQL)
• Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup and managing low-code product features, including rules engine, workflow, process logic, data validations, screen flows, and page layouts
• Experience integrating applications with AI or machine learning services is a plus for resources assigned to develop and integrate AI-enabled capabilities
