*Position Overview*
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is motivated, takes pride in their work, and is eager to learn and grow within the construction industry.
*Responsibilities*
- Assist with residential new builds, additions, and renovations
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely
- Complete framing, finishing, and general carpentry tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining quality workmanship
- Follow all workplace safety procedures
*Requirements*
- Valid G2 or G driver's license
- Valid Working at Heights certification (required)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labour
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
