HR Officer

Qualifications HR Officer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail
• Experienced in recruitment and selection processes
• Familiar with HR administration, employee data, attendance, leave, and overtime
• Knowledge of employment contracts, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
