We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship period. This internship is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in IT support, systems, and technology operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general IT support and troubleshooting.
- Help maintain computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Support system setup, configuration, and maintenance.
- Assist in monitoring and resolving technical issues.
- Provide support for internal technology-related projects.
- Maintain IT documentation and records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Basic understanding of testing concepts (unit testing, manual testing, QA mindset)
- Knowledge of SEO basics and web performance optimization
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
