System Analyst

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our development team. This role requires a versatile full-stack engineer with strong backend expertise in Go and .NET, proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, and proven leadership capabilities in mentoring junior engineers.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and .NET (C#) as backend with production experience
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Understanding of backend architecture patterns and best practices
• Proficient in Vue.js and React.js as frontend with production project experience
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with state management libraries (Vuex, Redux, Pinia)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing junior engineers
• Strong code review skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with Rust programming language is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services
• Build responsive and performant frontend applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning
• Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain code quality standards
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in their technical growth
• Lead technical discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base
