- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Have min 3 years experience as System Engineer / System Administrator.
- Hands-on experience managing Virtual Machines (VMware / Hyper-V).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server & RHEL/Linux administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of Server, Storage, Network, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
- Experience in Server Monitoring, Backup & Restore, Patching, and Troubleshooting.
- Understanding of User & Access Management and basic server security.
- Experienced in Incident/Problem Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Familiar with Scripting / Automation is a plus.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work from office in Jakarta
