Indispensabile:SAP

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Perform SAP implementation, configuration, and customization based on business needs.
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to SAP systems.
Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT) to ensure all functions run properly.
Prepare functional specifications, business process documentation, and user manuals.
Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and stakeholders for system enhancements and integrations.
Deliver user training and knowledge sharing sessions.
Monitor and improve existing business processes within SAP systems.
Support data migration, system integration, and enhancement activities.
Ensure SAP projects are delivered according to project timelines and requirements.
Handle incident management and change requests from users/business teams.
Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation support.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an SAP Consultant in at least one SAP module.
Strong knowledge of SAP implementation, configuration, and business process analysis.
Experience in handling end-to-end SAP project implementation and support activities.
Familiar with SAP integration processes across different modules.
Able to perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution effectively.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users and stakeholders.
Experience in preparing functional documentation and conducting user training.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Willing to work under project deadlines and dynamic environments.
