Functional Consultant ERP

We are looking for a Junior ERP Functional Consultant to support ERP implementation, enhancement, and support projects across Human Capital Management (HCM) or Finance & Accounting business functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to analyze requirements, configure systems, and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from HR or Finance and Accounting stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.

Support ERP implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

Conduct system setup, configuration, and validation based on business needs.

Assist users in troubleshooting functional issues and recommending solutions.

Prepare process flow diagrams, functional documents, and user manuals.

Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution.

Conduct end-user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Collaborate with technical teams on system enhancements, integrations, and reports.

Ensure project deliverables are completed within timelines and quality standards.

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Information Technology, Accounting, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in ERP, HRIS, HCM, Finance Systems, or Functional Consultant roles.

Understanding of HCM or financial processes, such as:

Employee Management

Recruitment

Attendance & Leave

Payroll

Performance Management

Understanding of Finance & Accounting processes, such as:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Fixed Assets (FA)

Budgeting & Financial Reporting

Experience with ERP systems such as Anaplan, Oracle, SAP, Darwinbox, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.

Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and user support.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Good command of written and spoken English.
